This fast-paced, information-packed two-day course is firmly rooted in the latest research and highlights how our assessments and treatments are surrounded by a lot of uncertainty, and how they are not as specificsensitive as many would like us to think. As annoying and distressing as this may sound I will show how it can be managed and overcome and what are the key areas to focus on for efficient long lasting results.

This course won’t give you any quick fixes, miracle treatments,fancy exercises, instead, it will give you the confidence that doing the simple things really well is both effective and evidence-based and long-lasting. It will also provide you with lots of simple practical tips that you can use in the clinic immediately without any bluff, blusterBS.

The courses aim to be informative, informal, and fun presented in my own unique and occasionally controversial style as we explore the myths and misconceptions that surround shoulder pain and its treatment and look for a simpler way forward

Objectivos

- Simplify the assessment and management of shoulder problems;
- Expose the myths around shoulder anatomy, biomechanics and pathology;
- Examine the evidence on the assessment and diagnosis of shoulder pathology;
- Explore how to assess shoulder movement, strength, proprioception, and its kinetic chain;
- Practice both basic and advanced shoulder rehab exercises and know how to design and plan a successful comprehensive rehab program.
